Creating a PowerPoint template and a sell sheet was essential to effectively communicating DockMago's value proposition to potential clients and partners. Objective

DockMago needed a cohesive set of marketing materials to explain its value to marinas, operators, and potential partners. The goals were:

  • A PowerPoint template flexible enough for sales, demos, and investor decks.  
  • A concise, visually clear sell sheet that quickly communicates what DockMago does and why it matters.

Design Process

  1. Research and positioning  

    We first clarified DockMago’s story: a platform that streamlines communication between boat owners and marinas, covering billing, maintenance requests, and day‑to‑day coordination.

  2. PowerPoint template  

    We designed a clean, modern template with:

    • Multiple slide layouts (title, agenda, feature overview, product screens, metrics, team, and closing).  
    • A color palette, icon set, and typography aligned with DockMago’s brand.  
    • Slides optimized for both narrative storytelling and data-driven content.
  3. Sell sheet  

    The one-page sell sheet was structured as a quick reference for busy decision makers:

    • Short company overview and positioning.  
    • Core feature set (billing, maintenance, communication, etc.).  
    • Space for customer quotes or proof points.  
    • Clear call-to-action and contact details.

Challenges

A key challenge was condensing a relatively complex platform into visuals and copy that are immediately understandable. We used simple iconography and tightly edited copy so readers can grasp the platform’s value within a few seconds.

Outcome

The PowerPoint template and sell sheet now:

  • Give DockMago a professional, consistent way to show up in meetings, demos, and outreach.  
  • Help sales and leadership teams tell the story the same way every time.  
  • Present DockMago as a polished, reliable partner in a space that often struggles with fragmented, ad‑hoc communication.

By aligning these materials with the product’s mission—making marina operations calmer, clearer, and more connected—DockMago can now present itself with clarity and confidence to prospects and partners.
