Chicago Strength, a network of CrossFit-style fitness facilities in Chicago, required a comprehensive logo system and brand identity to represent its multiple locations while maintaining a cohesive brand image. This case study outlines the process of developing a versatile logo system for its River North, Avondale, and Logan Square locations, positioning it as the "Best CrossFit Gym in Chicago.

GHAR is a restaurant located in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, specializing in Indian cuisine. It's situated in a 17th-century property, offering a menu that evolves nightly with small and large plates meant for sharing. GHAR also hosts weddings and special events, providing full-service catering in various locations including the States, parts of Mexico, the Caribbean, and European destinations. Our work on GHAR included a logo that reflected the region's character and suited the fine-dining look and feel of this restaurant. GHAR's story is one of fusion between Mexican and Indian heritage, embodying the passion of its head chef, Hiran Patel.

The project focused on creating a logo and website that encapsulated the company's mission and highlighted Jeremy's thought leadership and entrepreneurial background.

Bath Builders Direct (BBD) is an industry leader providing bathroom solutions for the hospitality, multi-unit, and educational sectors. With over 80 years of combined contracting and hospitality experience, BBD has established a reputation for delivering superior products, having successfully delivered over 500,000 bathrooms since 2015. Our task was to create a minimalist, lead generation-focused logo and website, including a comprehensive CMS-based product catalog.

Aloetrolyte is an Aloe-based Smart Water targeted at the fitness consumer. Marketed as “the beverage that will leave you hooked after just one sip,” Aloetrolyte boasts zero calories and zero sugar while delivering flavors that make taste buds dance. The brand combines fun, hydration, and function to offer a mouthwatering experience that’s hard to resist.

Atmos, in partnership with Scanalytics Inc. and Salt Flats Innovation House, is a Spatial Science Consortium (SSC) founded to understand, advance and apply research and development on the built environment and its businesses, customers and occupants.

The New Clean World website was designed and developed to provide a visually appealing and user-friendly online presence for a company dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental awareness. The project aimed to create a platform that not only showcases the company's initiatives but also engages visitors and encourages them to join the cause.

The Cast21 website was designed and developed to provide an innovative solution for orthopedic injuries. The platform offers an alternative to traditional casts, catering to conditions such as broken bones, fractures, sprained wrists, ligament injuries, dislocations, carpal tunnel syndrome, and ganglion cysts. The aim was to create a user-friendly, informative, and visually appealing website that communicates the benefits and applications of Cast21 products.

GoFli is a Chicago based tech company specializing in products that remedy mechanical challenges and the development of concepts to address such needs. This includes cable protectors, MagSafe adapters, and manufacturing processes.

Tikkawala is the brainchild of Sahil Singh and Hiran Patel, Chefs and partners who have been bringing creative Indian and Indian-inspired cuisine to the masses since their grand opening in 2018. My work with them included their logo and brand identity and e-commerce-enabled website.

Valiant is primarily a construction company focused on hospitality and high end multi-unit developments. They came to me to create a logo for their business that was sleek, modern, minimal and sturdy.

Trading Bear Co. sells consumer electronics and came to me to solve a packaging problem. They have a loosely connected catalog of gadgets like UV phone sanitizers and wireless chargers that needed to share a common thread. With that in mind I set out to design a packaging scheme unified the line.

The Open Door Kitchen Utensil Holder protects your food and utensils from flies that can contaminate your meal. We've created a logo and packaging and built a Shopify storefront for The Open Door Kitchen that helps them reach their core audience.

The Dock Watch app needed a logo that effectively communicated its purpose at a glance. The logo had to be intuitive and recognizable, especially in a busy industrial context like a warehouse or loading dock. Furthermore, the design needed to incorporate functional and universal symbols for truck drivers.

Homade partnered with Knowledge Empowers Youth (K.E.Y.), a nonprofit initiative centered on educational equity, to craft a complete visual identity and online presence from the ground up. The Rabbit Hole in Chicago's Old Town neighborhood serves upgraded bar-food classics pair with craft beer & signature cocktails in a rustic-chic space. In 2017 they opted to refresh their logo in collaboration with Chrome City Creative.

Yohan May interiors is a home staging firm in London. My work with them includes branding, brochure, business cards, flyers, tradeshow materials, social media graphics, image retouching, press releases, proposal and invoice templates and web design in Squarespace.

The bar and restaurant is called Good Measure because it was a tailor's shop in the 1930s and 40s. The owner is punk rock and tattooed, so we wanted a little bit of funk. I got the feeling it has a little bit of an old-school barbershop vibe. The idea of good measure is tied to measuring cocktails.

The logo for Ella’s Corner was designed to reflect the restaurant's local charm and appeal while paying homage to the legendary Ella Fitzgerald. The aim was to create a typographic logo that effectively communicates the welcoming and comforting nature of the eatery, situated in the heart of Chicago's West Loop.

Guardian Drug Company is a Costco label that needed a fresh look to appeal to a new audience. They would be striving to compete on Amazon.com and my redesign of a select few of their products helped push them to the top of their category.

This 5 acre development in Chicago’s Englewood neighborhood will include a new 20,000 SF Whole Foods Market, 22,000 SF of complementary retail, and two outlot parcels. The Whole Foods Market will provide convenient access to fresh, healthy, natural, and organic food for residents of Englewood and South Side neighborhoods.

I was brought on to revamp their entire brand identity. My work with Naansense has spanned several years and includes brand refreshes as well as multiple iterations of their print and digital marketing assets.

Adrianna Adams is a personal stylist and entrepreneur who was ready to upgrade her brand. Her mark is a unique blend of high-fashion and playfulness. The whole mark is styled after a classic image of a woman's leg jutting from a sleek black dress. That inspiration won the day vs. a ton of monograms.

Thrill Vintage is a furniture and consignment store in Arlington Heights IL. They specialize in curating and selling unique furniture pieces, lighting and accessories. They have nice vignettes with creative products and very fair pricing. This project holds a special place for me.

Thrive Exchange is a $100 million community investment project at 79th Street and Exchange Avenue in Chicago, IL. Their mission is to reimagine, revitalize, and reinvest in South Shore and South Chicago, addressing critical needs such as access to healthcare, quality affordable housing, and financial stability.

Zubels are 100% cotton (some organic) hand knit toys, hats and sweaters cherished and loved by children of all ages. My work with Zubels and their brand Petit Ami covered improving Amazon conversion rates through adding enhanced brand content to product pages, building an Amazon Storefront, Shopify store and prepping their staff to run the store and execute their marketing plans.
