Signature Offices is a Chicago commercial real estate firm; this project focused on refreshed exterior signage ahead of an open house.

The work emphasized:

• Clean, legible typography for visibility from street and sidewalk.  
• Alignment with the existing brand while modernizing the presentation.  
• Layouts optimized for the actual physical sign constraints and sightlines.
