Millennial Renovations is a family-owned commercial renovation firm specializing in hotel remodels, interior finishes, and FF&E installation. With over 30 years of combined industry experience, the company needed a modern digital presence that communicated expertise, craftsmanship, and trustworthiness to national hospitality clients.

The goal of this project was to:

  • Develop a distinctive logo mark that embodies the brand’s core values and professionalism.
  • Design a responsive, conversion-focused website that clearly communicates services and portfolio work.
  • Position Millennial Renovations as a credible, seasoned partner in high-value renovation projects.

The Challenge

Before engaging in this project, Millennial Renovations lacked a cohesive visual identity and digital platform. Key challenges included:

  • No strong visual brand system — the company had no formal logo or brand guidelines to unify communications.
